The People Who Measure You Are the People Who Build For You
Nobody on staff has a title that separates "fitter" from "builder" — both are the same job here, and every hire spends time learning both halves before they're allowed to do either unsupervised.
Daniel Kowalski
Opened the studio after years fitting for a national chain. Spends most sessions on shaft selection and hosel work for full bag builds.
Naomi Reyes
Handles most of our iron set work. Particularly picky about lie angle drift — a habit that's caught more than a few problems other shops missed.
Elias Brandt
Runs putter fittings almost exclusively, using stroke-capture equipment most shops this size don't bother stocking.
Julia Voss
Second year on the bench. Currently spending most of her time on grip work and final finish checks before graduating to shaft cutting.
The Bench Comes Before the Launch Monitor
Nobody runs a solo fitting appointment until they've put in real time cutting, boring, and epoxying builds under supervision first. The order matters — someone who's spent months seeing what a recommendation actually costs to assemble tends to give more realistic advice on the monitor than someone who's only ever operated the software.
